Basically pay attention: You the buyer and user acknowledge that you fully understand the inherent danger involved when operating multi-rotor, FPV and other model aircraft or systems. QuadFever.com assumes no liability express or assumed for misuse of any of our products or advice.

  1. Rapidly turning propellers can cause severe injury or even death. Never work on your models with mounted propellers.
  2. Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries can be unstable if not used or charged correctly and this can include combustion or spontaneously catching fire.
  3. Our power systems including motors, batteries and electronic speed control (ESC) units can draw significant current, in some cases over 30 amps which can be deadly to humans.
  4. Prevent electrical shock by always working with powered electronic systems safely and make sure they are NOT energized before making contact with the systems.
  5. Never short electrical leads, reverse electrical leads or place the leads on any part of your your body.
  6. We provide guidance and advice concerning safe use of our products but YOU the USER/BUYER assume Full Responsibility for LEGALLY and SAFELY using our products.

Rules and Regulations FPV and Others

You acknowledge that your use and operation of FPV radio equipment (such as UHF long range systems or video transmission equipment) in the USA and many other countries may require a license and some countries may forbid its use entirely. In the USA, you will need a "HAM" amateur radio license for certain Radio Transmission and/or FPV products. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of products you purchase from QuadFever.com meet the requirements imposed by your government's rules and regulations for RF devices. Do not purchase products from QuadFever.com if you are unsure of the government requirements or are unable to comply with the rules and laws. QuadFever.com cannot be held responsible for your actions under any circumstance, including but not limited to if you use products purchased from QuadFever.com in violation of your government's regulations. We sell our products with no claims for suitability or legality of operation whatsoever.

We Provide NO Warranty or Assume ANY Liability

  1. QuadFever.com provides no warranty as to suitability or safety of any kind for any of the equipment it sells and distributes.
  2. It is simple, You the purchaser/user assume all risks for any products purchased or received from QuadFever.com.
  3. QuadFever.com and its employees are not liable for any instance of injury to you or others, or damage or destruction of property.
  4. QuadFever.com is not liable for any damages consequential or inconsequential resulting from the use, misuse or application of any QuadFever.com provided products.
  5. We sell our equipment expressly without warranty or performance for any use or situation.
  6. It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure that the products safely meet the intended purpose.

Faulty Items

  1. If an item you received from QuadFever.com is deemed to be inoperable or faulty due to a manufacturing defect, QuadFever.com may replace or repair that item at its sole discretion, if it is deemed by QuadFever.com that the fault is indeed due to a manufacturing defect and not user misuse or abuse including construction errors/miss-configurations.
  2. QuadFever.com will not be liable for equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged as a result of the Faulty Item. As an example, if a video transmitter you received from QuadFever.com is faulty and becomes inoperable during flight causing you to lose or damage/destroy your model, QuadFever.com may replace the faulty video transmitter if it can be returned to us, but not any other equipment such as the model that might have been lost and/or damaged due to the faulty video transmitter.

Incorrectly Published Product Details

While every attempt is made to provide accurate information on our products on the QuadFever.com website

  1. QuadFever.com is not liable for any issues that may result from incorrect product details, firmware update instructions or advice on product application as published on the QuadFever.com website which result in inappropriate use or application of our products.
  2. QuadFever.com is not responsible for product manufacturer specifications, documentation and information on any products carried on our website. Manufacturers may change their products and specifications without prior notice, QuadFever.com will make every effort to keep our specifications up to date but we strongly suggest that you refer to specific manufacturer support websites and documentation for full product information.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Carriers - You should be able to accept USPS, UPS, FedEx and all other commercial carriers QuadFever.com offers or chooses to fulfill your order as reliable mail/package carriers and QuadFever.com's carriers of choice.

Ship-To Address Requirements - We need a complete and valid street address to ship your products. We do not accept orders shipped to the following:

PO Boxes, including APO addresses - Shipments to PO Boxes and APO addresses are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be declined. To avoid your order being held up please use your regular residential or business address.

Freight Forwarders - We ship internationally to almost any country in the world ourselves

Hotel and Convention CentersPlease do not ask, packages can get lost at hotels and convention centers. We require a permanent, verified, residential or business address.

COD - We never ship Cash On Delivery. All products must be prepaid.

Shipment Tracking, Lost Shipments, Shipping Insurance and Delivery Signatures

If you select "Free Shipping", QuadFever.com will send your packages with United States Postal Service ("USPS"). Depending on the type of USPS service chosen by QuadFever.com, the package may show receipt by the USPS, but may not show any tracking information after it was received by USPS. Even mail service types that typically provide full tracking information to your location may sometimes not show any information beyond the USPS receiving the package. QuadFever.com has no influence or control over the internal processes of Mail Carriers or the local postal system of your country. QuadFever.com cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by a Mail Carrier or your local country's postal service.

If the tracking information for your package shows receipt by QuadFever.com's shipping carrier, QuadFever.com is not responsible if your package does not arrive at your location. No refunds will be provided if your package is lost in the shipping carrier's system either in the USA or in your destination country. Almost all packages sent by QuadFever.com reach their recipient and you have the option of purchasing insurance at the time you place your order. Please contact the Shipping company directly if there is a shipping issue or claim.

When QuadFever.com sends your order with any Carrier, the delivery is not 'insured', for most shipping options you will have the option of purchasing shipment insurance when you place your order.

None of the shipping services offered by QuadFever.com require a signature on delivery of your package. Only in certain cases and in the sole discretion of QuadFever.com will a signature be required.

Shipments Outside the USA (International Shipments)

For customers whose orders will be shipped outside the USA, you the customer are solely responsible for any and all import duties your local customs office may impose on your order. If a package is returned to QuadFever.com due to the Mail Carrier's inability to collect customs duties or deliver the package to your provided ship-to address, QuadFever.com will not refund shipping costs from QuadFever.com to your location and/or the cost of returning the package back to QuadFever.com, when and if the package is returned to QuadFever.com. In the event that a package can not be delivered due to the issues listed in this paragraph and the overall value of your order is less than the cost of returning the package back to QuadFever.com, QuadFever.com may elect to 'abandon' the package. If your package is abandoned, you will not receive a refund.

Back Ordered Products

It is the sole discretion of QuadFever.com as to whether we allow an item to be back-ordered. All our orders 'ship complete' and we seldom back order products to keep costs low, partial shipments are only available at the discretion of QuadFever.com. QuadFever.com will notify you of any back-ordered items after you place the order, we do not usually allow back-ordering of items. If your order contains items that are 'back-ordered', your entire order will be held until the back-ordered item or items all come into stock. Items of your order that are not on back-order will be held in reserve for you so that no previously purchased item runs out of stock while we wait on the back-ordered item from the manufacturer. QuadFever.com is not responsible for delayed orders due to product manufacturer back-orders.

Canceled Orders and Order Refunds

All orders that are declined by us due to the following are automatically voided with your method of payment and canceled.

  1. Violation of any of our shipping rules.
  2. Suspected fraud/notification of suspected fraud by our payment processor.
  3. Requests to violate our shipping policy.
  4. Orders that violate U.S. policy regarding embargoed goods or orders from embargoed countries.
  5. Orders deemed to be contrary to the best interests of the United States of America or it's allies.

In most cases, you will be notified of any order cancellations and refunds of any payments.

Shipment Times and Delays

  1. Orders placed with QuadFever.com usually take at least 1 business day to leave our location from the time your order is placed.
  2. NO order is guaranteed to be processed and shipped in 1 day this is a "best effort" to fulfill your order and is dependent on shipper scheduling of package pickup, our working schedule, trade show schedules, etc.
  3. Priority Mail and other expedited forms of shipping are calculated from the point in time that a QuadFever.com Package Carrier receives an order from our warehouse after processing. In rare cases it may take us additional time to process your order and depending on your ship to address, it can take much longer than indicated for a package to reach you and is totally dependent on the shipping service you chose during ordering.
  4. Delivery time frames provided are averages for most shipments and are estimated delivery times as provided by the Shipment Carrier. QuadFever.com is not responsible if a Shipment Carrier or your local country's postal service delays the arrival of your package due to custom holds or other issues.
  5. QuadFever.com does not provide refunds if your shipment is delayed for any reason either by QuadFever.com or the Shipment Carrier/Post Office.
