QuadFever.com offers United States Postal Service (USPS) and other shipping options at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our shipper and shipping rules at any time without prior notice. Please refer to the following concerning your order shipment.

Basic Shipping Rules We Require

  1. No Freight Forwarding Addresses - We do not allow orders to be shipped to freight forwarding addresses.   2. No Hotel Addresses - We do not accept orders to be shipped to hotels. Please provide a permanent street address.
  3. PO Boxes - Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be declined. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you want to use a PO Box address for your order.
  4. Refunds on Voided/Canceled/Declined Orders - All orders that are declined by us due our shipping rules are voided with your method of payment and the order is canceled. We reserve the right to provide email notification or not and it is at the sole discretion of QuadFever.com as to if your order is Cancelled.
  5. Billing Address & Shipping Address – In most cases we require that your shipment go to your confirmed Billing Address as defined by our payment processor, this is to protect both you and QuadFever.com from fraud. If you need to use a shipping address that is different from your confirmed billing address contact This email address is being protected from spambots. We try to avoid shipping to any other address except the confirmed Billing Address to reduce the chance of credit card fraud.
  6. International Shipping – We comply with all U.S. Rules regarding shipment of certain technology/products outside of the U.S. In most cases this is not an issue for hobby products. However, QuadFever.com is not responsible for restrictions on imported technology/products in your country, you have sole responsibility in regard to your own countries import duties/fees, laws and restrictions concerning your order. We do not warrant that our products are legal to import and use in your home country that is your sole responsibility.

Shipping within the U.S.

We offer several shipping options to choose from at check-out time. Shipping will probably take longer for orders outside the “Lower 48” U.S. States and no shipping time guarantee is made or expressed by QuadFever.com, shipping times are estimates from our Shipping Carriers and do not reflect the one day handling time for most orders.

  1. Free Shipping - We offer free shipping for orders totaling more than $70 in the Continental US, US Possessions, Puerto Rico and Canada ONLY, the shipment is sent using the Shipping Carrier we choose for this option with no shipment insurance offered. The Carrier is usually the U.S. Postal Service for this shipping option. If you choose free shipping please be aware that your order will be delayed if you choose free shipping to an address outside of the lower 48 States of the U.S.
  2. Priority Mail Shipping – We offer Priority Mail shipping which takes two to three days in the U.S.
  3. Express Mail Next Day – We Do not offer Express Mail or other Next Day service at this time.
  4. Local Pickup (i.e. “No Shipping”) – We do not offer “in-store customer pickup” of orders as we are not a “brick and mortar” business, so please do not ask. This policy helps keep our costs low and we pass those savings on to you our customer through the other shipping options we offer.
  5. Event Sales – QuadFever.com may attend various events, races and trade shows at which sales may be allowed and we may carry a limited selection and quantity of merchandise to such events. QuadFever.com will comply with all local and event rules governing such sales and collect any fees and taxes required by local authorities and event managers as required.   6. Shipment Times & Handling Time - All shipment times are based on when you place your order and do not include our 1 day handling time so please include the 1 day handling time in your shipping time expectations. We make every effort to dispatch your order quickly but QuadFever.com is not responsible for shipment delays outside of our control.
  7. Shipping Time - We ship once a business day around 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time on recognized U.S. Business days, orders received after that time will be dispatched the next business day at our sole discretion.
  8. Holiday & Weekend Shipping - Holidays and Weekends are not shipping days at QuadFever.com, we observe all U.S. Holidays and shipping occurs only on the U.S. business days our shipping provider observes.
  9. Saturday Shipping - Saturday shipping is at the sole discretion of QuadFever.com and may not be available depending on your chosen shipping method.   10. Friday/Weekend Orders - Orders placed after 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time on Friday or over Weekends during will be dispatched the next business day excluding U.S. Holidays and Weekends.
  11. Low Cost Shipping Options - As we are based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, our Free Shipping for orders over $70 and our Priority Mail Shipping can be good and economical service options for U.S. Customers in most cases resulting in cost savings and not a large difference in delivery time. Our Free and Priority Mail Shipping options are through the U.S. Postal Service and are very reliable choices for most orders.
  12. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & to U.S. Governed Possessions - Shipping outside of the “Lower 48” may result in delays due to ocean or air shipment of your package at the discretion of the Shipping Company. Please plan on possible delays when shipping outside of the lower 48 U.S. States.
  13. Other Shipping Delays – We attend Trade Shows and Events at various times of the year (See our Events page for more info). When we are attending an event we will delay processing your order if you place an order during the time we are at the event and not in the office. Our home page will include any special notifications about shipping delays when we attend events as well as what events we will be attending, we want to meet you so stay “tuned” and come see us at an event in your area.

Shipping outside the Continental U.S. (The “Lower 48”)

Shipping packages to outside the United States can be very expensive and various shipping options can take a long time for delivery of your order. So be prepared to wait many days if not weeks for your order to arrive. These packages are often held up in outgoing U.S. customs as well as incoming customs once the package arrives in your destination country. All of our Shipping methods are generally challenged by the fact that the package is handed from USPS to the local postal service of your destination country. This "hand-off" often creates delays and issues with tracking information. USPS Shipping may not provide any tracking for shipments to countries outside of the US. When tracking is available for packages, it often shows only basic tracking details.

Generally, almost 100% of the packages we send arrive at their destination country even if a package is severely delayed. Please be patient concerning shipping times and delays if you are outside the U.S. “Lower 48”. Also you should consider adding shipping insurance on international shipments to protect you. Again contact us regarding international shipping and we will work with you to choose the best shipping method for your order.

What is the Status of my Order/Shipment?

If you want to get the status of your order such as "has my order shipped or when was it shipped?", log in to your QuadFever.com account and look at your order history. Each order will show if it was shipped and provide a tracking link, if available given your selected shipping method. If your order status shows shipped but you do not see tracking that means your order is packaged and will be shipped shortly.

If your status is processing it means that we have received your order and will be shipping as soon as possible.

How long until my order ships?

You should plan for at least 1 business day from the time your order is placed until it is shipped. While we do our best to get orders that are placed before 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time shipped out on the same day, we cannot always guarantee that short of a processing time.
