Return Merchandise Authorization Terms and Conditions

Please note: You must allow up to 5-7 business days for your Product Return (RMA) to be received, tested, processed and completed. This process may take longer if necessary as solely determined by our technical staff.

Prior Authorization for Product Returns and General Policies

  3. An item returned to us without a Product Return Authorization Email and RMA number can not be accepted and will be returned to you postage collect.
  4. may require a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise at our discretion. A re-stocking fee does not apply to defective products.
  5. All merchandise returned must be packaged well to protect it from shipping damage, and must be sent with a shipping method that provides tracking information. can not be held responsible for damage to the product that occurs in transit.

For merchandise that a customer wants to return for a refund, requires that the item and its packaging be in unused, "like new" condition with all original packaging, cabling, manuals, etc. included, or the return will be refused. Inspect your product carefully before shipping as any signs of wear or use will result in a refused product return.

Defective Merchandise

Shipping Costs
